Dilys Jackson MRBS
Artist’s Statement
My work derives from my interest in plant and land forms, in their processes and in their kinaesthetic relationship to the human body.I work in series and in some cases on aspects of the environment invisible to the naked eye such as pollen forms. I use a variety of materials such as bronze, steel, wood, stone, iron and paper and a variety of processes such as carving, casting , printing and digital imaging.to arrive at an expression of my perception of the environments around me and how they relate to my inner contsructs.
