Art and History – a 1940’s Retreat

ACCOMMODATION – see also, Slide Show at bottom of page

Ripperston offers B&B, with an option of dinner, as a unique 1940’s experience with all the comforts of the modern day. Art & History is combined throughout. We can also offer pick-up and return from Milford Station Rail station, Fishguard or Pembroke Dock Ferry.

B&B includes a full Welsh breakfast with our special Three Course Dinner as an additional option. This has proved to be a great success, served in our 1940’s, Officers Mess, dining room, with home cooked local produce and vegetables from our own raised bed kitchen gardens.

Ripperston is truly captivating; a step back in time located just one mile from St Brides Beach and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, for which St Brides Church and the historical home of Lord Kensington, St Brides Castle, provide the backdrop.

Our most recent visitor, from the USA, whose father was stationed here in 1942 and whose historic recollections we now have to share, said that RAF Ripperston along with the hospitality she had received had exceeded all her expectations and she is hoping to visit again next year.
